
I so agree with this point of view because people in now always eat junk food. For example: pizza, fried chicken, hot dog, hamburger, and etc. they are the result of overweight because they have a lot of fat. Nowadays, people usually eat fast food especially teenage. They eat them a lot. I think may be they think its fashion of them. And now vegetables are a lot of chemical element too. If you eat it too much it is cause to be cancer.
People in earlier times are stronger than nowadays because they have fresh ingredient from their farm. They always have farm and they’ll grow the vegetables for their family. So it’s very fresh for cooking. If they’ll buy, they can buy fresh ingredients too. They live in local, the place have a litter bit of chemical element.
So I think local people eat a lot of fresh ingredients and more nutritious than people in nowadays. And they are stronger, good health, and long life than nowadays.
If you want good health, you must eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fresh fruit. I comfirm you will have a good sharp , sure.

In my opinion, junk food is very good taste( Are you agree with me) but unhealthy so much. Your idea is true because nowadays diseases are aound ourselve. Growing crime is a cancer on society that come from food garbage. Exercise and good food can make a good health for you so you must take care yourself every day OK.
I do agree with you. You will have a longer time if you eat food from nature.
